Instruction to the Candidate

1. Mobile phones, calculators, log tables or any other tables, wearable smart devices such as Smart Android follows or objects of a similar nature cannot be brought inside the examination hall even in the switched-off mode. Candidates have to keep the above-mentioned items in some place outside of the examination hall at their own risk.
2. The Admit Card must be presented for verification along with at least one original (not photocopy or scanned copy) valid photo identification proof (for example: valid passport/PAN CARD/Voter ID/Aadhar UID/Valid College ID/Employee ID/Driving License).
3. The Admit Card is valid only if the candidate’s photograph and signature images are legible. To ensure this, please take a clearly eligible, preferably colour print-out of this Admit Card on an A4-sized paper.
4. Candidates must report at the examination venue 45 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the examination.
5. Candidates will be permitted to appear for the examination only after their credentials are verified by Centre officials.
6. Candidates will be permitted to occupy their allotted seats 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 11:20 am.
7. Ensure that you have correctly written your GUBEDCET 2018 Roll no.
8. This Admit card is for temporary admission to the Entrance Examination only, the candidate can’t claim eligibility on the basis of this issued Admit Card.
9. The candidate whose photograph and signature is missing on the Admit Card will have to bring two recent passport size photographs.
10. There is no negative mark for an incorrect answer. The Candidates need to use Black Ball point pen to mark the bubbles in the OMR Sheet.
11. Candidates must not write their name, phone no, or anything, or put any mark anywhere in the Question Booklet and in OMR sheet. Otherwise, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
12. If a candidate is found to resort to any kind of unfair means such as carrying extra material other than a pen, pencil, analog watch, eraser, and scale, or copying from somebody or from the external material, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
13. At the end of the examination, a candidate has to return the Question Booklet and OMR sheet to the invigilator.
14. Existing GU Rules and procedures will be applied to settle any other matter not covered by the instructions included here.
15. If your Previous degree (UG/PG) result is awaited, you can download the admit card, but you have to submit the self-attested mark sheet during the examination time. 

Note : If any anomalies are found in this admit card, candidates are requested to inform the undersigned in written (hard copy) on or before 03/08/2018. No such request will be accepted after the declaration of result. If any false information is detected in marks submitted by a candidate, the candidature of the candidate will be summarily rejected.

Admit Cards are open only for B. Ed.
