Applications are invited in the Standard Form of Application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX from the intending candidates, who are the citizen of India as defined in Article 5 & 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up the following vacant sanctioned posts of Grade-Ill which are lying vacant in the office of the Foreigner's Tribunal (1st/2nd) Dhubri.
1. L.D.A.
No of posts: 02
Educational Qualification:
A. Must have completed minimum Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Examination or equivalent from any recognized Central/ State Board.
B. Knowledge of Computer Application/ typing from a Govt recognized Institute (preferable)
Pay: PB Rs. 14000-49000 + G.P. and other allowances as admissible.
2. Typist
No of posts: 01
Educational Qualification:
A. Must have completed minimum High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination or equivalent from any recognized Central/ State Board.
B. Knowledge of Computer Application/ typing from a Govt recognized Institute (preferable)
Pay: PB Rs. 14000-49000 + G.P. and other allowances as admissible.
Age: The Applicant must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 44 years of age as on 03.03.2018, (As per O.M.No. ABP 6/2016/8 Did. 18.04.2018). Upper age is relaxable as per existing Govt, norms.
Application Fee: There are no application fees for the aforesaid posts as per Govt. of Assam, Finance (Estt-A) Department, Dispur, Guwahati- 06 Notification No. FEG 32/2016/12 Dated 21.05.2018.
Selection Procedure: Candidates of all categories will have to appear in Written Test, shortlisted candidates selected in order of merit on the basis of the written test for the post of LDA & Typist will have to appear in Elands on Computer Test. The details of the examination will be notified in due course of time.
How to apply: The application should be submitted in the Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX in a sealed envelopes address to the Member, Foreigner's Tribunal No, 1st / 2nd, Dhubri (as applicable) and should be submitted in the Personnel Branch, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri. The application should be sent either through post or to deliver by hand in the drop box kept for the purpose of the Personnel Branch, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri, PO. Dhubri, PIN-783301. Post applied for shall be superscribed on the sealed envelopes. Last Date of submission of application is fixed on 10/07/2018 (up to 5-00 P.M.)
The applicants must submit the following documents/ testimonials along with Standard Application Form.
a) Self-attested copies of Certificates/Mark Sheets in support of educational qualification and other required qualifications. Age Proof Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable), Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, Copies of recent Character Certificates from 2 (two) respectable persons and who are well acquainted (but not related to) the applicant etc.
b) 3 (three) copies of self-attested Recent Coloured Passport size photographs (one of which should be pasted on the Application Form)
c) Self-addressed envelope affixing postage stamp of Rs. 5/-. (Size - 25 cm X12 cm)
All applicants are requested to visit the Dhubri District Administration website www.dhubri.gov.in for viewing the list of eligible candidates accepted for appearing in Written Test and also for the date and venue of Written Test.
