1. Senior Relationship Manager

  • No of posts : 375 posts (UR-158, OBC-118, SC-66, ST-33) (PWD-31)
  • Age : 23-40 years
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. Preference will be given to candidates having MBA or equivalent degree from reputed Colleges.


2. Territory Head 

  • No of posts : 37 posts (UR-18, OBC-11, SC-6, ST-2) (PWD-3)
  • Age :  30-45 years
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. Preference will be given to candidates having MBA or equivalent degree from reputed Colleges.


3. Group Head 

  • No of posts :  06 posts (UR-5, OBC-1)
  • Age :  35-50 years 
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. Preference will be given to candidates having MBA or equivalent degree from reputed Colleges.


4. Operations Head - Wealth

  • No of posts : 01 post (UR)
  • Age : 35-50 years
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. Preference will be given to candidates having MBA or equivalent degree from reputed Colleges.


5. Operation Manager - Wealth 

  • No of posts : 01 post (UR)
  • Age : 28-40 years
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.


6. Service and Control Manager 

  • No of posts : 01 post (UR)
  • Age : 32-42 years
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.


7. Product Manager - Investments 

  • No of posts : 01 post (UR)
  • Age : 28-40 years
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.


8. Compliance Manager - Wealth 

  • No of posts : 01 post (UR)
  • Age :  32-42 years
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.


9. NRI Wealth Products Manager 

  • No of posts : 01 post (UR)
  • Age :  28-40 years
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.


Remuneration: Remuneration offered will be on CTC basis as per market benchmarks and is negotiable based on candidate’s qualifications, experience and overall suitability for the respective posts. CTC will be fixed, however selected candidate will be eligible for Performance Linked Variable Pay which will be over and above the Fixed Salary but linked to the achievement of specific targets.
